Fading 03:52
Fading Music: N. Da Silva Lyrics: N. Da Silva, B. Soares Hiding in disguise Far away and in plain sight Watching over time Learning how they live their lives Afraid to make a sign Not understanding why they fight Hoping that one day They will change their ways Only time can help the minds Of the ones who see the damage that they've done Until it comes The plague lives on Observing them for centuries First contact, not meant to be Taken by surprise Death, destruction and decay A violent viral maze Leaving only them to blame An egocentric race Believing none will take their place Hoping that one day They will change their ways Only time can help the minds Of the ones who see the damage has been done Until it comes The plague lives on On and on until the damage has been done The plague lives on Without reason their whole world is fading We are fading, fading Complication of this world, evading We are fading, fading

Join The Parade Music: N. Da Silva Lyrics: N. Da Silva, B. Soares, S. Westbrook Feel the blast of light around you The sounds and rhymes you've heard before The repetition of the masses Think like you've never thought before Say that you'll never leave me Say that you are my friend All this time you said I'm sorry Has lead us to the bloody end You slowly lose the air around you A deadliness you can't evade Crawling up your back, you feel it About to take your life away Come on and join the parade Or you'll be labelled a fake Come on and join the parade Come on and leave us astray from what you know is right All this time you said I never tried When, in fact, you were the one that lied

Divide 04:38
Divide Music: N. Da Silva Lyrics: N. Da Silva You hear the noise, fear the voice, inside That says "we want no more" They take a name, make 'em say, "they're all the same, We want no more" Compelled and consuming Don't know the right thing Diseased and we're bleeding They say goodbye If that's the way, we will divide They say it can't be right If that's the way, we will divide They say we must fight If that's the way, we will divide They say we can't unite If that's the way, we will divide You take the bait: stupid face, The gun's in place to go off once more You hear the name, scream with hate, "they're all the same, We want no more", as we divide Tell me to sever the ties Tell me this isn't a lie Tell me to follow behind Separate me, segregate me

Back Again 05:35
Back Again Music: N. Da Silva Lyrics: N. Da Silva, E. Disero From up here Sheets of glass reveal the rocky bed we crawl from Nothing near, but darkness Holds it all together, and we wanna stay forever We won't be coming back again We're too far away From up here We lay our heads in pillows in the sky, transcending comforts in our lies Nothing to fear, this beauty Holds it all together, yeah we wanna stay forever We won't be coming back again We're too far away From up here This pale blue mass reveals the fragile rock we come from Nothing here, this gravity Holds it all together, yeah we wanna stay forever We won't be coming back again We're too far away

about

Coming back from a 2-year hiatus, Slyde is returning with a brand new 4-track titled "Back Again". Slyde's European metal, Japanese video game music, and Western grunge rock influences remain intact, delivering energetic melodic, high-energy compositions with a pop sensibility. A concept EP, ‘Back Again’ continues to explore the links between environmentalism and the wider world, with a sci-fi twist.
